GLASS MASK 1984 ガラスの仮面 - Garasu no Kamen

Plot Summary: Maya is a young girl who is not the prettiest nor smartest girl in the world, but is a devout actress. She dreams of becoming a famous actress, but her mother forbids it. So one day, Maya runs away to go to an acting school run by a hasbeen actress, Chigusa Tsukikage, whose face was scarred during a performance. There, Maya endures and the trials and tribulations of acting in order to triumph.

A materpiece from the early 80´s, dont look down on older series and give it a try, its one of those shows that we will never see again,

unless we have a superb remake, like the 2005 version of this show that makes it be 10 times better, Im following the 2005 raws and I can tell you that they both complement each other, cuz there are little things you see in the 2005 remake that add more to the original, but when the original also has a little bit of stuff [or scenes if prefer it] that the new 2005 version doesnt have. Its just some scenes thou, so dont worry, they both are almost the same.
